TL;DR
Forward Deployed Agent Builder (AI) (LangChain/LangGraph): Designing and deploying AI agents and multi-agent workflows for real-world business and product workflows with an accent on RAG pipelines, enterprise integrations, and usable AI experiences. Focus on building memory systems, optimizing latency, cost, and accuracy, and evaluating agent performance across production systems.
Location: Remote within the United States; Utah listed

What you will do
- Partner with business and product teams to translate complex problems into agent workflows, tools, and data architectures.
- Design and build LangChain and LangGraph workflows, including ReAct and supervisor-based multi-agent architectures.
- Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines with Copilot and vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, and pgvector.
- Build memory systems, manage context continuity, and integrate agents with enterprise systems through APIs, MCP, and platform connectors.
- Develop business application agents with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Improve agent latency, cost, accuracy, observability, evaluation, and overall user experience.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, especially LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience designing multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, vector database solutions, and enterprise API integrations.
- Familiarity with observability and evaluation tools for AI systems.
- Strong communication skills and a product and UX-oriented approach to AI experiences.

- Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with MCP and skills-based agent architectures.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude.
