Location: Multiple hirify.global locations throughout Germany, including Munich, Aachen, Stuttgart, Cologne, and Wiesbaden; depending on the role, remote and mobile working may be available.

What you will do

• Contribute expertise to vehicle development and mobility systems, including battery technologies and autonomous mobility.
• Develop and integrate software, hardware, vehicle functions, and functional safety solutions.
• Work on simulation, testing, calibration, testbed planning, and system integration.
• Support engineering design, technical product development, project management, customer solutions, technical sales, and solution engineering.
• Contribute to production planning, process optimization, IT, finance, controlling, or other business functions based on experience and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Degree, vocational qualification, advanced training, or comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
• Strong technical, commercial, or industry-specific knowledge in the relevant area of specialization.
• Experience in automotive, mobility, engineering, software, testing, production, sales, or business functions.
• Structured and independent working style with initiative, accountability, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, willingness to learn, and openness to change.
