Raw Material Planner

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; onsite at the Wilmington Office Bldgs location

Salary: $85,801–$134,064 per year, plus a 6% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Convert regional and site production plans into raw material and packaging requirements using SAP, OMP, and other planning tools.
• Plan internal raw material movements between manufacturing sites and manage inventory against targets and service levels.
• Monitor supplier confirmations, deliveries, receipts, shortages, quality issues, and logistics constraints.
• Maintain MRP master data, including lead times, safety stocks, BOM revisions, storage locations, and planning parameters.
• Coordinate inventory reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and process inventory corrections in line with corporate policy.
• Track supply chain KPIs and drive corrective actions with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of MRP/DRP concepts, inventory management, and supply execution.
• Experience with SAP, OMP, and planning tools; proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant status sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing networks.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.
