TL;DR
Lead Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting - EMEA (Healthcare Compliance and Data Analytics): Coordinating transparency disclosures and compliance reporting across EMEA markets with an accent on regulatory intelligence, data quality, and process governance. Focus on designing automated reporting solutions, analyzing compliance risks, and translating complex disclosure data into actionable insights.

Location: Pefki, Attiki, Greece; the role may be based in a major Johnson & Johnson location across the EMEA region, including Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, UAE, Sweden, Portugal, Switzerland, Greece, or the United Kingdom. Up to 5% domestic and international travel is required.

Base pay: €43,200–€68,885 annually, plus an annual bonus depending on pay grade, location, and performance.

What you will do

  • Lead transparency reporting activities across assigned EMEA markets, including disclosure preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission.
  • Monitor transparency regulations and industry codes, translating changes into reporting and process requirements.
  • Develop governance frameworks, risk assessments, audit-readiness activities, remediation plans, and reporting methodologies.
  • Design and implement process, system, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled improvements for reporting operations.
  • Develop analytics and visualizations to identify reporting risks, trends, compliance insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create process documentation and deliver training, workshops, and educational materials for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Health Care Compliance or a related compliance function such as regulatory, quality, or finance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, influencing, prioritization, and process-improvement skills.
  • Experience with databases and reporting tools, advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills.
  • Experience consolidating multiple data sources into quantitative analyses or reports and working in complex, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

  • Certification in compliance, risk management, data analytics, project management, or process excellence.
  • Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience.
  • Experience with transparency disclosures such as EFPIA, MedTech Europe, CMS Open Payments, or local reporting requirements.
  • Experience implementing systems and tools and using Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, or SharePoint.
