EMEA Digital Platform Specialist (e-Invoicing)

What you will do

• Coordinate e-Invoicing implementation and optimisation across multiple EMEA countries.
• Support compliant e-Invoicing solutions, ERP integrations, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Manage e-Invoicing platforms, external portals, integrations, user databases, and operational incidents.
• Improve finance and procurement workflows through automation and standardisation.
• Produce invoice-processing, platform-performance, and compliance reporting.
• Support supplier and customer onboarding, user training, and system guidance.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of EDI, PEPPOL, electronic invoicing networks, or supplier portals.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and prioritisation skills.

Nice to have

• A second language relevant to hirify.global’s European customer base.
