Location: New York City, NY; onsite

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Execute purchasing for food, beverages, and paper or packaging products across multiple venues.
• Analyze requisitions and develop efficient, cost-effective purchasing strategies.
• Place orders and maintain product data in the Eatec inventory and procurement system.
• Manage inventory par levels and forecast product needs based on event schedules and usage trends.
• Build vendor relationships, support bidding and RFP processes, and source new suppliers and products.
• Resolve delivery, invoice, credit, shortage, and out-of-stock issues in collaboration with Warehouse, Culinary, Operations, and Accounts Payable teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, foodservice, or a related industry.
• Experience with inventory and purchasing systems; Eatec experience is advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City and on weekends.
