The company delivers engineering, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, service, and aftermarket support in-house for customers in food and beverage, cold storage, pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, and mission-critical infrastructure.

What you will do

• Manage procurement activities in Epicor ERP, including vendor quotations, purchase orders, shipment tracking, receiving updates, and documentation.
• Source materials for project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with national and local suppliers.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, manufacturing personnel, construction leadership, and field teams.
• Manage vendor returns and credits, including related invoicing and internal coordination.
• Align material deliveries with project schedules and support purchasing projects assigned by the Purchasing Manager.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least two years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing, production, or construction; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Strong negotiation, communication, commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management principles, including supplier performance measurement and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and build effective relationships across vendors and project teams.

• Experience with Epicor ERP.
