Sports & Community Marketing Specialist – HK & Macau (HOKA)

hirify.global manages the HOKA brand’s sports, athlete, community, and marketing initiatives in Hong Kong and Macau.

What you will do

• Build and execute race activations, product trials, workshops, community programs, and brand events aligned with the marketing and race calendar.
• Develop HOKA’s athlete and sports marketing initiatives, including athlete portfolio support, servicing, product coordination, race support, and activation planning.
• Build relationships with race organizers, athletes, run clubs, grassroots communities, sports media, agencies, and brand partners.
• Execute product seeding across athletes, creators, media, community partners, and other stakeholders while managing inventory, forecasting, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate campaign and event logistics, on-site operations, budgets, invoices, performance recaps, clipping reports, and post-campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and global Sports Marketing teams, sharing product feedback, athlete insights, and market intelligence.

Requirements

• University degree or above and 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, brand marketing, community management, PR, or event management.
• Experience managing external stakeholders including athletes, agencies, communities, partners, media, and race organizers.
• Hands-on experience with race activations, athlete servicing, grassroots community programs, seeding logistics, inventory management, and partnership activations.
• Strong project and time management, organization, attention to detail, interpersonal communication, and execution skills.
• Fluent Cantonese and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel overseas as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with running races, endurance sports, or sports communities.
• Existing network in the running, sports, or athletic-lifestyle industry.
• Mandarin proficiency.
