Director, Agile Product Owner - Reinsurance

Annual base salary: $120,400–$198,700, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional product team delivering reinsurance capabilities and solutions using Agile practices.
• Define, prioritize, refine, and maintain a ready backlog; accept final product outputs and make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
• Translate business strategy and customer needs into execution-ready work, product goals, and roadmap priorities.
• Act as the voice of the end user by gathering feedback, clarifying requirements, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met.
• Set objectives and KPIs, manage experimentation, support business readiness, and help teams adopt change.
• Influence leaders and peers, remove impediments, share best practices, and foster an inclusive, collaborative, self-organizing team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of experience in a related field and three years of experience motivating or influencing teams.
• At least two years of Agile product management experience and two years of experience in the supported discipline, such as reinsurance, finance, claims, technology, or project management.
• At least three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and product analysis.
• Experience with Agile principles, product value propositions, stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
