Operations Manager (EMI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid

Salary: €2,800–€4,000 gross per month

Online payment processing company providing payment acceptance and white-label physical and virtual card solutions for e-commerce merchants globally.

What you will do

• Manage and improve day-to-day operational processes across the company.
• Build and document internal processes, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate work between Compliance, Finance, Tech, Partnerships, and other teams.
• Support management and shareholders with operational tasks, reporting, follow-ups, and implementation of decisions.
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage cross-functional and ad hoc operational projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a fintech company with an EMI or PI licence.
• Understanding of operations, compliance, internal controls, and governance in a regulated payment company.
• Experience owning multi-team tasks or projects through to completion.
• Experience building or improving internal processes, policies, and procedures.
• English at C1 level and Russian at C1 level required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
