Payment Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do

• Log and handle payment cancellation requests, refunds, and returns.
• Oversee transaction processing in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Resolve customer issues related to payments and accounts.
• Handle requests from banks and partners, including SWIFT payment operations.
• Review banking-product complaints and maintain relevant procedures.
• Identify and report technical issues, support data analysis, reporting, and testing.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in payment operations, related operational areas, or financial services.
• Knowledge of banking processes or willingness to learn them.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• High ethical standards, responsibility, and commitment to results.
