Risk & Compliance Analyst

Join a lean team of 30 people around the world dedicated to making buying, selling, and moving crypto easier. has onboarded 2M+ users across 150+ countries and handles hundreds of thousands of transactions per month, with integrations like Polymarket, Trust Wallet and Brave Browser.

Responsibilities:

- Perform source of funds checks by reviewing customer information and documentation
- Review crypto wallet screening alerts and prepare reports for the MLRO where applicable
- Manually review customer orders and accept or decline in line with anti-fraud processes
- Maintain and create internal and external process documentation
- Liaise with support, risk, and other teams to raise issues and suggest improvements

Requirements:

- 2–3 years in risk & compliance roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, or payment service provider environments
- Experience with compliance tasks including source of funds (SOF) checks
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proactive, able to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments

Nice to have:

- Experience with non-custodial crypto models
- Experience in startups or fast-moving environments
- Experience within iGaming
