Client Service Manager - Employee Benefits (Insurance)

Location: United States; on-site client visits are required as needed.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day service for an assigned portfolio of group employee benefits accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with client HR teams and provide support on group insurance products, including claims resolution.
• Lead and coordinate pre-renewal meetings, renewal processes, new-business presentations, and carrier paperwork with producers and marketing specialists.
• Prepare and analyze carrier proposals, benefits, rates, networks, RFPs, and renewal presentations.
• Coordinate employee meetings, finalize carrier contracts and policies, and maintain accurate records in EPIC.
• Advise clients on benefits-related federal and state compliance and support benefits administration software implementation.

Requirements

• Florida 2-15 Life & Health License required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant agency experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Applied EPIC Agency Management System preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written, oral, customer service, presentation, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to attend on-site client visits and maintain continuing education requirements for licensing.
