FP&A Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and defend the company financial model and forecast.
• Provide regular reporting on actuals versus plan with early identification of drifts.
• Explain financial performance, including revenue movements and spend analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and R&D to align operational activities with financial data.
• Deliver analysis for leadership decisions regarding headcount, spend, pricing, and planning cycles.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a hands-on finance role.
• SaaS operating experience with a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
• Proven track record of owning financial models, forecasts, or P&L lines with measurable business impact.
• Experience working in a scaling company environment.
• Strong business acumen and high attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex financial models and forecast accuracy.
