Sr. Manager FP&A (SaaS)

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages for the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
• Deliver variance analysis, KPI reporting, and forward-looking financial insights.
• Own key parts of monthly and quarterly forecasting for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning for growth, margins, and cash flow.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and G&A leaders on strategic financial decisions.
• Improve financial models, dashboards, reporting tools, and FP&A workflows while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and gross margin.
• Experience preparing materials for boards and senior executives.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with incomplete information, and communicate actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or CPA.
• Experience in software or SaaS.
• Experience in a private-equity-backed or similarly high-performance environment.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
