Senior Full Stack Engineer (QA Automation)

Location: Boston, MA; hybrid Flex schedule with office attendance twice a week

Salary: $126,000–$154,000 per year, plus eligibility for variable pay

What you will do

• Own and implement the end-to-end quality assurance and test automation strategy for digital applications.
• Design, code, and maintain reusable automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing.
• Contribute hands-on to full-stack development across front-end and back-end components.
• Lead performance testing, monitoring, debugging, observability, and root-cause analysis.
• Integrate AI for test case generation, test data creation, and defect analysis.
• Coach engineers and collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver reliable user experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on technology experience spanning software development and test automation.
• Experience with Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, BrowserStack, LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
• Strong experience with Angular, React Native, Android Native, iOS Native, REST APIs with Apigee, SpringBoot, and Confluent Kafka.
• Knowledge of Splunk, Splunk Observability, New Relic, LogRocket, AWS monitoring tools, CloudWatch, and Performance Insights.
• Experience with relational, object-oriented, NoSQL, and in-memory databases, Drupal, and Akamai/F5 CDNs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, with strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
