Senior Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Anywhere in South America; fully remote

What you will do

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries in Snowflake.
• Build tested, documented, and reusable dbt models.
• Create trusted dashboards, apps, and reports in Hex.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and scope analytical work.
• Investigate metric anomalies, identify root causes, and communicate recommendations.
• Maintain analytical documentation, validate data quality, use AI tools responsibly, and mentor analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a closely related field.
• Advanced SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and large datasets.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience as a primary data warehouse.
• Production experience building and maintaining dbt models, tests, and documentation.
• Experience with Hex or a similar notebook-based analytics platform.
• Strong end-to-end ownership, communication, analytical judgment, and familiarity with AI tools in analytics.
