What you will do
- Provide operational IT support for the Moreno Valley distribution center.
- Coordinate helpdesk requests, including account management and technical troubleshooting.
- Support networking, servers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain system documentation and hardware inventory.
- Uphold IT policies, procedures, and safety guidelines within the distribution centers.
- Provide timely on-call support for a 24x7 shipping and warehouse operation.
Requirements
- Must work onsite in Moreno Valley, California.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to provide timely on-call support for operational needs.
- Ability to support networking, servers, printers, mobile devices, and account management.
