Client Manager

What you will do

• Manage a dedicated book of small-to-medium-volume, lower-complexity clients using standardized service models.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
• Own Salesforce workflow, tracking, and data quality for the assigned book of business.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve claims, billing, and eligibility issues.
• Review work completed by Client Associates before delivery to clients.
• Coach peers or guide support staff and junior team members when needed.

Requirements

• Active Life & Health License.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with OE guide applications and Salesforce.
• Developing awareness of core market dynamics and client segments.
• Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving ability, emotional intelligence, and operational ownership.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 USD annually. Final compensation depends on geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
