What you will do

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and user stories.
• Participate in requirements workshops, evaluate feasibility, estimate project scope, and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Architect Salesforce solutions with the Manager or Lead Developer.
• Develop, test, demonstrate, and deploy Salesforce product features.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive project delivery.
• Assist junior developers, conduct code reviews, and support internal control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is typically preferred.
• 6–9 years of related professional experience may be preferred.
• Working knowledge of current Salesforce platforms, programming languages, and cloud technologies.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, coding standards, and best practices.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently, prioritize development work, and contribute to medium- and large-scale projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, accountability, and customer relationship skills.
