Senior Enterprise Salesforce Engineer (Salesforce)

Salary: $113,500–$208,100 USD base compensation annually

What you will do

• Own technical design and end-to-end development for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Architect and implement scalable Apex and Lightning Web Components using reusable design patterns.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms through RESTful APIs.
• Automate opportunity lifecycles, sales processes, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Product, Legal, and Sales teams to translate business needs into reliable solutions.
• Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and maintain code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer focused on Sales Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, security, governor limits, and test coverage.
• Experience shipping production-grade code at scale and integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce CPQ experience, including pricing rules, product bundles, and quote workflows.
• CLM experience integrating legal review and contract processes with Salesforce workflows.
• Experience with Agentforce or other Salesforce-native AI tools.
