Senior Learning Design VSP (AI)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay range: $71,100–$97,800 per year, stated as a full-time equivalent base-pay estimate; the VSP role is paid hourly.

What you will do

• Design and develop learner-centered experiences that build technical skills and improve performance.
• Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, Enterprise AI product managers, and associates.
• Translate complex technical concepts into objectives, storyboards, scripts, instructional materials, assessments, and performance-support tools.
• Create scalable learning frameworks and multimedia assets, including videos, simulations, e-learning courses, job aids, and learner guides.
• Plan, organize, facilitate, and deliver curricula through live, virtual, cohort, rotational, and e-learning formats.
• Measure learning effectiveness through feedback, assessment results, proficiency gains, behavior change, and job-performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Performance, Adult Education, Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and delivering corporate learning solutions, including e-learning modules and facilitated learning events.
• At least 3 years of facilitating engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting technical skills, emerging technologies, digital transformation, AI capabilities, or related upskilling initiatives.
• Experience managing learning projects, stakeholder communications, timelines, risk mitigation, and learning outcomes.
• Experience with learning and content-authoring platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools, plus Cornerstone on Demand or a comparable LMS.

Nice to have

• Experience using generative AI tools for learning design, content development, learning operations, or learner engagement.
• Understanding of Enterprise AI concepts and responsible AI practices.
• Instructional design certification such as ATD, CPTD, or Kirkpatrick.
• Experience in IT, healthcare, or insurance environments.
