Client Executive (Employee Benefits)

What you will do

• Manage or oversee a strategic book of medium-to-large, high-revenue clients, primarily with customized self-funded benefit plans.
• Lead advanced client lifecycle management, including contract negotiation, escalated issue resolution, and program optimization.
• Support prospecting and collaborate with Producers on strategic business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships to improve client outcomes.
• Develop budgets and ROI models for employee benefits programs.
• Coach, mentor, and guide Client Managers and peers.

Requirements

• Active Life and Health License.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of self-insurance and compliance requirements.
• Technical application skills related to OE guide applications and self-funded plan structures.
• Ability to apply advanced knowledge of market forces, funding strategies, and regulatory changes.
• Strong communication, executive presence, strategic thinking, integrity, and systems-thinking skills.
