What you will do

- Monitor food preparation, cooking methods, portion sizes, garnishing, storage, and compliance with health requirements.
- Collaborate with catering sales managers and clients to create and tailor special menus.
- Track food cost variances and manage food, labor, and miscellaneous costs within budget guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Degree from a certified food service program, apprenticeship, culinary school, or equivalent training.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Five years of experience as a Sous Chef in a four- or five-star establishment with sizeable conference and banqueting facilities.
