PMO Governance Tech. Specialist (Telecom)

What you will do

• Govern regional network deployment functions across rollout, radio frequency, and transport implementation.
• Monitor and control deployment deliverables, cross-functional projects, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Create project and program plans, schedules, timelines, and stakeholder communication materials.
• Prepare audit and group-level reports with analysis for stakeholders up to CTO, Vodacom, and hirify.global Group level.
• Use data analytics to support technology decisions, network CAPEX prioritization, customer experience improvements, and optimization cost reduction.
• Lead agile squads, coordinate internal teams and vendors, manage risks, and provide tactical advice to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in access field network deployment governance.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Experience managing deployment processes, projects, vendors, risks, and stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and flexibility to exceed customer expectations.
