What you will do
- Receive client projects, jobs, and quotations and analyze requirements.
- Develop project plans and workflows while managing schedules, budgets, resources, and quality control.
- Create and control localization budgets, track costs, issue purchase orders and invoices, and approve work reports.
- Identify and resolve localization issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Present project progress, forecasts, risks, and support needs to clients, corporate management, and peers.
- Participate in corporate management meetings and maintain knowledge of localization trends, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in translation or localization project management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to present the localization life cycle to clients.
- Organizational, leadership, project planning, resource management, and risk management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a quality- and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to collaborate in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
