What you will do

• Provide production support engineering regarding testing methods, procedures, and technical issues.
• Manage product specifications and address yield-related problems.
• Perform minor product redesigns to improve performance or manufacturability.
• Analyze customer returns to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize production processes relative to cost constraints.
• Oversee product support after transfer into high-volume production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production support engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex product issues.
• Ability to manage product lifecycles from high-volume transfer onwards.
