Product Compliance Quality Manger (Hardware, Software, and Regulatory Compliance): Coordinating product compliance and conformity assessment for hardware, software, and integrated solutions across European and international markets with an accent on CE marking, product safety, and regulatory requirements. Focus on interpreting changing legislation, managing technical documentation and Declarations of Conformity, and guiding risk assessments across global sites and cross-functional teams.
Location: Sant Joan Despí, Spain; hybrid schedule with 3 days of remote work

What you will do
- Coordinate product compliance and CE-related activities across hardware, software, and combined hardware/software solutions.
- Ensure products meet European and international regulations, standards, and market requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage conformity assessments, Declarations of Conformity, technical documentation, and compliance evidence.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on existing and future products.
- Support product risk assessments, internal audits, and continuous improvement of compliance processes.
- Act as the primary contact for regulatory authorities, certification bodies, customers, and external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, electronics, software engineering, quality management, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, CE marking, or a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of European and international product compliance requirements and conformity assessment procedures.
- Experience with CE marking and familiarity with CRA, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, EMC, ATEX, LVD, RED, and related legislation.
- Understanding of compliance requirements for both hardware and software products, including technical documentation and product safety.
- Fluent English, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
