Location: Tyler, Texas, United States. Full-time onsite position, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with no weekends, call, or major holidays.

Texas Oncology is a large community oncology provider delivering evidence-based cancer care through more than 220 sites across Texas and southeastern Oklahoma.

What you will do

  • Oversee clinical operations and nursing support activities for the Tyler clinic.
  • Coordinate nursing staffing, coverage, FTEs, and operating costs within budget.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction, quality assurance measures, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate nursing staff training, in-services, and internal development programs.
  • Support performance evaluations, mentor nurses, and provide day-to-day guidance to less experienced staff.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
  • Current RN license and registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state.
  • At least five years of active registered nursing experience, including at least three years in oncology.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Ability to work onsite in Tyler, Texas, during the stated Monday–Friday schedule.

Nice to have

  • One year of nursing leadership experience.
  • Current or pending oncology certification.
  • Chemotherapy Immunotherapy provider card.
