Client Experience Coordinator

Location: On-site in Baltimore, MD, with regular presence at Groove Workspace at Cross Keys.

Compensation: $30–$45/hour; 10 hours per week guaranteed, up to 20 hours.

What you will do

• Call book and lead magnet requestors to confirm mailing addresses and book consultation calls.
• Track outreach activity and outcomes in HubSpot.
• Pack and mail books and client swag.
• Manage podcast studio scheduling and prepare conference rooms for sessions.
• Coordinate client visits and support networking events, the annual B2B eCommerce Summit, and All Hands events.
• Greet and assist office rental guests while keeping the workspace stocked and welcoming.

Requirements

• Comfortable calling strangers by phone and having friendly, professional conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to stay flexible and composed during busy periods.
• Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a small, dynamic environment.
• Friendly and professional in person, with a focus on creating a positive client and guest experience.
• Willingness to work on-site regularly in North Baltimore.
