About the Role

You will support prospective and existing investors throughout their journey from initial interest through ongoing engagement. You will answer questions, assist with onboarding, coordinate events and fundraising activities, maintain accurate CRM data, track engagement metrics, support reporting, and contribute to process improvements and cross functional projects.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer success client services relationship management account management hospitality recruiting operations financial services consulting or another customer facing environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
• Ability to build positive relationships and provide thoughtful stakeholder support
• Ability to learn and use new systems tools and business processes
• Interest in investing venture capital financial markets startups or related business topics
• Experience with HubSpot Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
• Experience supporting external stakeholders preferred
• Exposure to financial services investing venture capital wealth management banking or consulting preferred
• Experience coordinating projects events webinars or operational workflows preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for prospective and existing investors
• Respond to investor questions through email phone webinars and events
• Provide accurate and thoughtful support using approved resources
• Build relationships with investors community members and stakeholders
• Support investor onboarding and ongoing engagement
• Assist with fundraising initiatives fund operations club programs and syndication activities
• Coordinate virtual events investor meetings and webinars
• Track engagement activity investor interactions and business metrics
• Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and internal systems
• Support reporting for managers partners and leadership
• Identify workflow and communication improvements
• Participate in research process improvement pilot programs and special projects
