What you will do

• Monitor open orders and provide tracking, ETA, scheduled, and custom reports.
• Respond to client requests and place orders within company procedures and client service-level agreements.
• Research open orders and coordinate supplier or carrier changes when needed.
• Initiate returned merchandise authorizations, educate clients on the RMA process, and escalate requests to Customer Service.
• Prepare product quotes within four hours based on Sales team direction and support accounts with established pricing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of relevant work experience; seven years for full proficiency.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills, including shared mailbox management and multitasking in a high-volume environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication, organization, listening, documentation, scheduling, and prioritization skills.
• Current authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
