Location: Remote from South Carolina; must reside within 2 hours of Columbia, SC. Occasional business travel to Columbia and offices is required, with 5–10% travel. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do
- Lead clinical quality and provider performance improvement initiatives for the South Carolina Medicaid plan.
- Partner with Provider Engagement, Network, and Contracting teams on education, training, performance reporting, and targeted interventions.
- Analyze healthcare performance data to identify improvement opportunities and inform strategy.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional workgroups focused on HEDIS, CAHPS, and other performance measures.
- Support provider-focused CAHPS/ECHO and member experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide strategic clinical guidance on quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- South Carolina residency and residence within 2 hours of Columbia, SC are required.
- At least 3 years of healthcare quality improvement experience, including HEDIS, CAHPS, or related performance measures.
- At least 2 years of provider-facing experience supporting quality and performance improvement programs.
- Managed care experience, preferably in South Carolina Medicaid.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting healthcare performance data, with strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree.
- Project management experience leading complex or high-impact initiatives.
- Knowledge of South Carolina Medicaid Managed Care requirements.
