Finance Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Frisco, TX office; candidates must live within a commutable distance. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: CAD $88,787.50–$120,122.50 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own financial forecasting processes and translate annual goals into daily and weekly performance projections.
• Analyze performance, identify variance drivers, and flag risks and opportunities across acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain scalable analytical frameworks for granular business segments.
• Use AI models and tools to improve analytical outcomes, reporting, and financial modeling.
• Track initiatives by timing, channel, source, and expected financial impact.
• Partner with marketing, data analytics, pricing, retention, and acquisition teams to improve business results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business operations, analytics, or a related role.
• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, mathematics, statistics, or another quantitative field is preferred.
• Expert Excel and financial modeling skills, with strong forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and performance-tracking experience.
• High proficiency with Copilot or other AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in business applications.
• Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, or similar tools for extracting and analyzing data.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
