Bilingual Customer Care Representative - Life Insurance

Location: Remote call center environment; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The role may involve varied shifts.

Salary: $35,000–$40,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Answer customer calls about retirement, life insurance, and annuity investment products.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, personalized service.
• Research information across multiple systems and technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues.
• Document inquiries, actions, and follow-up items while meeting department metrics.
• Maintain a working understanding of products, procedures, and systems.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of call center, customer service, or financial services experience.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
