Salary: $65,000–$105,000 annual

What you will do

• Support the Product Manager across the end-to-end product development process from concept through launch.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, approvals, and next steps across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Product, Design, Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Communicate daily with factories about development status, samples, materials, specifications, changes, and production issues.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and track component, packaging, and artwork approvals.
• Assist with trend research, competitive analysis, consumer insights, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree required.
• Experience or skills in product development required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Korean language required.
