TL;DR
Product Development Manager (Luxury Jewelry): Leading end-to-end jewelry product development from concept through market launch with an accent on GTM calendar alignment, vendor management, and design workflow coordination. Location: Los Angeles – Downtown HQ

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annual base salary

hirify.global is a Los Angeles-based luxury jewelry brand creating handcrafted collections with linked-ring designs, architectural aesthetics, and a focus on responsible craftsmanship.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end development of new jewelry products from concept and sampling through costing, approval, production hand-off, and market launch.
  • Translate the Merchandising-owned go-to-market calendar into development milestones and track progress, risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
  • Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors, manufacturers, and material suppliers, including negotiations on pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and payment terms.
  • Organize the design team’s workflow, prioritization, resource allocation, approval processes, and status meetings across concurrent collections.
  • Partner with designers, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and leadership to balance creative intent, manufacturability, cost, margins, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain product documentation including tech packs, bills of materials, and costing sheets, while identifying opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product development, merchandising, or production management, with direct jewelry industry experience.
  • Experience building and managing go-to-market or product launch calendars.
  • Experience sourcing and managing vendor and manufacturing relationships.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple collections and timelines.
  • Proficiency with PLM, project management, or similar tracking tools.

  • Experience in a luxury or fine jewelry environment.
