Data Analyst / Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Frisco, Texas, USA; hybrid schedule with on-site work 2 to 3 days per week. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of the Frisco office. Relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: USD $93,370–$153,400 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Design data metrics from telemetry and user data for threat analysis and user experience optimization.
• Develop AI/ML-powered analytics and solutions for consumer protection operations.
• Combine internal and external data sources to improve the consumer experience.
• Build scalable ETL pipelines for large-volume telemetry across heterogeneous systems.
• Create real-time dashboards for product health and operational monitoring while maintaining data quality and integrity.
• Integrate AI across Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows codebases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering experience and 1+ year of hands-on AI/ML experience.
• Experience with Spark, Kafka, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses such as Databricks.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on AI/ML services.
• Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs and working with real-time systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity platforms, MCP implementation, critical thinking, and complex data problem-solving.
