Solution Business Analyst (HRMS)

Location: Croatia, Poland or Ukraine; availability to travel to Iraq is required

What you will do

• Define business needs, business change drivers, and detailed business requirements.
• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, surveys, site visits, process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Translate customer needs into effective solutions, reconcile information from multiple sources, and prioritize requirements.
• Identify improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across processes and application features.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations across senior and principal-level decision-makers.
• Coach and mentor business analysts, requirements analysts, and QA specialists while improving BA practices and conducting requirements audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HRMS custom development and in-depth knowledge of military HR and payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of relational data modelling, enterprise HR data structures, legacy-system reverse engineering, and data-migration specifications.
• Experience designing bulk-processing and mass-change solutions, identity and access management integrations, and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to produce security-aware specifications and handle sensitive data protection requirements.
• Experience eliciting requirements in restricted- or low-access environments and managing multiple senior stakeholders.
• Advanced English and availability to travel to Iraq are required.
