Lead Business Analyst

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate business analysis across complex enterprise initiatives with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Capture business vision and objectives, analyze the current organizational and solution context, and translate needs for development teams.
• Define as-is and to-be states, assess gaps, propose improvements, and develop business cases for potential solutions or investments.
• Standardize requirements collection and manage the requirements lifecycle, solution scope, and change management processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder analysis, communication planning, requirements elicitation, documentation, prototyping, and modeling.
• Lead discovery and pre-sales activities, including workshops, solution shaping, and requirements clarification.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT as a Lead Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business operations across multiple domains.
• Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Kanban.
• Knowledge of management principles, project management, business architecture frameworks, prioritization, and scope management.
• Experience with business development, discovery, pre-sales, and core business analysis techniques.
• Effective English communication is required for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in data engineering or data science.
• Professional certifications such as IIBA CBAP, PMI PBA, OCUP 2 Intermediate, OCEB 2 Business Intermediate, or TOGAF 9.0 Foundation.
