Creative PM Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex and high-value creative projects from conception through completion.
• Create project plans and key documents for medium- and long-term projects, aligning delivery with briefs and expectations.
• Manage creative resources, budgets, approvals, escalations, and production dependencies across mobile, desktop, email, display advertising, social, and app platforms.
• Use internal project management tools or Microsoft systems to plan projects, book resources, and communicate project information.
• Mentor direct reports and wider team members while supporting team development initiatives.
• Improve planning, processes, and procedures in partnership with the Senior Creative PM Manager.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex digital creative marketing campaigns in-house or at an agency.
• Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of onsite, digital, and creative outputs, with excellent time management and deadline-focused delivery.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports and leading team development initiatives.
• Previous experience with project management tools and Microsoft systems.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, multitasking, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills.
