Location: Remote - New York, United States

Salary: $62,000–$93,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day personnel activities and outcomes at a large site or across multiple small sites.
• Monitor backorders and production schedules, coordinate resources, and create inventory transfers and production orders.
• Oversee product quality, inventory levels, customer service, required paperwork, electronic receipt of finished goods, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site audits and annual physical inventories while coordinating with management, sales, and customers.
• Travel to new site locations within the region to train staff, establish procedures, and evaluate customer needs.
• Hire, train, assign, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and recommend pay increases.

Requirements

• Experience supervising personnel and managing day-to-day operational outcomes.
• Ability to coordinate inventory, production scheduling, staffing, and service-level requirements.
• Ability to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and accurate operational documentation.
• Willingness to travel to new site locations within the region.
