Senior Analyst HRIS (Oracle)

Location: New York City, NY; onsite

Salary: $83,000–$145,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
• Design, develop, debug, and optimize Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, time, and user-defined calculations.
• Manage payroll configuration, including earnings, deductions, taxes, elements, balances, costing, retro pay, and controls.
• Configure time rules, schedules, validations, approvals, accruals, absence plans, carryover rules, and payroll integrations.
• Gather requirements, create functional designs, deliver configurations, execute testing, and support implementations, upgrades, and go-live activities.
• Provide production support, investigate root causes, coordinate issue resolution, assess enhancements, and maintain functional documentation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud configuration and support experience with deep Oracle Payroll expertise.
• Advanced Fast Formula development experience across Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
• Experience delivering HCM solutions from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience with implementations, enhancements, quarterly Oracle updates, and UAT for payroll, time, and absence changes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with knowledge of Core HR, benefits, compensation, talent, security, and financial impacts.
