Manager, Oracle HCM Core HR - U.S. or Canada

Location: Remote role for candidates in the United States or Canada; based at Chicago - 550 Van Buren, with up to 50% travel to clients or internal project teams. Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed.

Estimated base salary: $145,000–$170,000 annually in the U.S.; total estimated compensation: $166,750–$212,500 annually.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Core HR implementations from system familiarization and requirements gathering through post-go-live support.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, cutover, and stabilization activities.
• Lead design workshops and manage Core HR workstreams and deliverable quality.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with Oracle best practices across workforce structures, employee lifecycle processes, security, and approvals.
• Coordinate integration across Payroll, Benefits, and Talent HCM modules.
• Advise stakeholders, manage junior and offshore resources, and mentor project staff.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of related experience in Core HR implementations within a consulting environment.
• Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation engagements and experience as a functional application specialist.
• Experience with data conversions, integrations, and reporting in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• End-to-end implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel up to 50%.
