What you will do

• Perform diagnostic radiology examinations, including trauma and orthopedic imaging.
• Review patient medical information, reconcile physician requests, and complete required consents and questionnaires.
• Inspect images for quality and documentation, then present completed studies to the radiologist.
• Transport patients to and from Immediate Care while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Use RIS and PACS systems and assist with teaching or monitoring new personnel.
• Apply HIPAA, ALARA, radiation safety, and departmental protocols throughout patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an AMA-approved Radiology Technology program or equivalent.
• Eligible for ARRT(R) certification within one year of hire.
• Hold a radiologic technologist license from the New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging, the State of Massachusetts, or both, as applicable.
• Operate imaging technology systems and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively and provide compassionate, professional patient care.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of radiology experience.
