Technology Risk Advisor (Risk Quantification)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Strongsville, OH; Phoenix, AZ; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 annually, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Establish and oversee a Technology Risk Quantification program aligned with hirify.global’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework and regulatory expectations.
• Develop methodologies, models, frameworks, loss-event libraries, and risk scenarios covering cybersecurity, outages, data loss, fraud, cloud, AI, and third-party technology risks.
• Perform loss frequency and severity analysis, Monte Carlo modeling, scenario analysis, stress testing, and operational resilience assessments.
• Define risk indicators, control performance metrics, risk concentration measures, dashboards, and risk appetite metrics.
• Provide independent challenge on risk exposures, risk acceptance decisions, and remediation priorities.
• Translate technical risk into financial, operational, customer, regulatory, and reputational impacts for executives, risk committees, and the Board.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity and technology risk quantification.
• Knowledge of information security management, internal controls, technology environments, governance, and risk frameworks.
• Ability to assess threat intelligence, evaluate control environments, identify trends, and support risk-informed decision-making.
