Manager Technology Risk (AI)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; in-office collaboration at least four days per week, with one day per week available to work from home

Base salary: $100,000–$137,600 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee and provide credible challenge to first-line technology and cyber risk self-assessments.
• Support implementation of the Operational Risk Management methodology across assigned business units.
• Challenge and support first-line responses to risk events, issues, and incidents.
• Prepare materials, reporting, and follow-ups for risk governance forums.
• Execute risk frameworks, document controls, support audit readiness, and maintain regulatory alignment.
• Perform risk assessments, monitor risk themes, recommend mitigations, and coach team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in technology risk, IT risk management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of IT technical and operational processes, associated risks and controls, and AI risk management.
• Knowledge of NIST, COBIT, FFIEC, ISO 27000, and other IT governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, influencing, and time-management skills.
• Valid United States work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
