Senior Materials Coordinator

Location: Onsite Monday-Friday at 4213 128th Ave, Kenosha, Wisconsin

Hourly compensation: $29.50-$36.90 per hour

What you will do

• Release and prioritize production orders according to manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure materials and components are available and delivered to production lines.
• Monitor shortages and coordinate recovery plans with Purchasing, Scheduling, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate WIP and inventory transactions in SAP/ERP systems.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support physical inventory and audits.
• Support Material Handler training and continuous improvement of material flow and inventory control.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 4+ years of materials management experience.
• 4+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or other manufacturing and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control, material flow, production orders, and manufacturing schedules, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new or transferred visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
