Materials Process Analyst

Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, USA; onsite at a manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Manage internal material-flow processes and ERP systems from inbound supplier materials through outbound finished goods across distribution centers and production facilities.
• Optimize warehousing operations, including material staging, storage, replenishment, receiving, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Document and implement standard work processes and system usage to improve material handling, inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and production continuity.
• Oversee inventory management, material control, barcode and RFID transactions, fill rates, and adherence to inventory procedures.
• Partner with Quality, Purchasing, Planning, and Production to resolve delivery and quality issues and achieve operational KPIs.
• Act as an SAP Super User and support materials staff through training, coaching, mentoring, and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain, or four years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience with material control systems and processes.
• Demonstrated performance and progression in operations, business, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of warehouse and materials functions, including receiving, material flow, inventory management, stock transfer orders, and replenishment techniques.
• Strong process-improvement, troubleshooting, organization, planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and regularly stand and walk in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
• CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with problem solving, conflict resolution, and influencing teams across cultures, disciplines, and geographies.
