Senior Materials Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Jefferson City, Tennessee, United States; the role combines office duties with physical work in field or production environments.

Salary: $73,200–$117,800 per year

What you will do

• Support the standardization and implementation of a lean enterprise material flow strategy covering KPIs, PFEP, replenishment systems, WMS, inventory control, production scheduling, and IT support systems.
• Update ERP parameters and maintain documentation to support optimal materials strategies, change management, and the Plan for Every Part process.
• Analyze ERP, spreadsheet, and other operational data to forecast workload, resolve problems, and improve production and materials planning.
• Lead material-flow projects focused on synchronizing material consumption, improving conveyance routes, optimizing point-of-use presentation, and reducing excess handling.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain cost-reduction initiatives, track schedules and KPI targets, and present project status to executives.
• Develop and deploy PFEP training materials and tools with business segment leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience in supply chain, materials, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience using ERP systems, spreadsheets, and materials-planning data.
• Experience with lean material flow, PFEP, inventory control, production scheduling, or logistics route engineering.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with business segment leadership.
• Ability to work in office, field, and production environments, including walking on shop floors, standing, climbing stairs, moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to varying temperatures or noise.
